This FAO evaluation demonstrates that community-based, gender-responsive and nutrition-sensitive interventions can significantly improve food security, dietary diversity, and livelihoods in fragile contexts, particularly for women-headed households, while highlighting the importance of integrated approaches combining agriculture, nutrition, climate resilience, and peacebuilding.
