This 2025 I-CAN final report assesses how climate change and nutrition are integrated across Nigeria’s national and state policies, initiatives, and investments. Using the I-CAN classification framework, it finds that most policies operate in silos, with limited intentional linkages between climate resilience and nutrition outcomes. The report provides evidence-based recommendations to strengthen policy coherence, resource mobilisation, and cross-sector collaboration to build a climate-resilient and nutrition-secure Nigeria.
