Nutrition Literacy Among Primary School Students in Nanshan District, Shenzhen: Current Status and Influencing Factors

This study shows that nutrition literacy among primary school students is moderate, with only about 30% reaching adequate levels. It highlights that higher household income, participation in nutrition activities, and regular weight monitoring significantly improve literacy, emphasizing the need for family–school integrated interventions.
